Neither, at least if you meant the regular christian interpretation of these things. If you mean a more colloquial thing, well, serve in heaven. I'm not really happy causing suffering on purpose.
2. If you had evidence that would catch a killer, but also put you in jail, would you use it?
Yes.
I've actually fantasized about being put in jail in the last few years. Bear with me here... Being put in a place without need to worry about fixing meals, no possibility of me screwing up some responsibilty worse than being absent and nothing I can do about that, and finally lots of free time to pursue yoga and thinking and meditation. With a possibility that I would be able to get some writing or reading done. Yeah. Jail actually sounds nice.
3. If you could work the worst job you have ever had, for three years and then never have to work again, would you or would you rather work the job you always wanted but not be able to retire until well past the age of retirement?
Only if I could do this worst job without it unduly impacting my kids. If you had asked me this before kids, I would have said sure. Then I could VOLUNTEER for that job I always wanted, and not be worried by taking sick days, office politics, and other crap that sucks the joy out of life.
4. If you could write four newspaper headlines, which would come true, what would they be?

A video of children in Florida fighting, while adults cheer on, was posted on the popular web site MySpace, The popularity of "gang videos" has also increased, and there has been renewed interest in re creating the infamous "Faces of Death" video series, do you feel there should be laws limiting extreme videos?
It's easy to see that such things would not be posted if nobody looked at them and gave them attention. Even "look how awful this is" is attention. Enough said.
